Exchange Policy

Please choose products with care as Style MILK does not exchange/refund products due to “change of mind”. If another size is required Style MILK is happy to provide an exchange or credit note (if size is not available) for Australian Orders within 7 days of the purchase date on your receipt (For International Orders within 14 Days of your purchase date). We must receive the returned items in original and unused condition with all tags attached. We will not accept any returns after 7 days from purchase date for Australian Orders (and after 14 days for International orders).

Due to Health Regulations we can not accept returns of Swimwear.

 

Refund Policy

Please choose products with care as Style MILK does not refund products due to “change of mind” including wrong sizing- items that do not fit (we will only provide a credit note or exchange for change of mind). We always check all items before they are sent and in the rare case that items are damaged or faulty please contact us immediately within 7 days of the purchase date on the receipt to organise a refund or store credit.

 

RETURNS

To arrange a return please first email or call us. A Return Authorisation RA number will be allocated and a Return form must be completed (we will email a form to you to be completed) and sent back with the return. No garment will be accepted back unless a return form is sent with RA number.

The customer will be responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. If the item/s being exchange is valued under $100 please enclose a self addressed Express Postage pack with your return so that the exchange can be sent to you. For items valued at over $100 please include a ‘SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY’ STICKER on the Express post pack with your return. If you have any questions or queries regarding an exchange please contact us.

After the garment has been received we will then check over to ensure it is new, unworn and in perfect condition in which is sent. If the garment has been worn, is damaged (including marked/dirty), washed or altered, we have the right to send the garment back without refund/exchange.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS THAT ARE JUST SENT TO US WITHOUT CONTACT FIRST and a completed RETURN FORM with a Return Authorisation Number. To arrange a return please email or call us before sending garment.

 

SALE ITEMS:


Items marked down and on SALE ARE FINAL and are not eligible to be returned/exchanged. In the unlikely event that items are found to be faulty an exchange or refund may be provided subject to inspection/approval on return of the item.

Style Milk will not be held responsible for any items/exchanges lost in the post. It is entirely up to the customer to insure articles sent back for an exchange. Any items lost in the post can not be exchanged or refunded.
